Current Event On The Water

One of the worst natural disasters of 2008 touched down in Southeast Asia this summer. It was a hurriphoonado that destroyed and devastated many homes and drowned many people. These early devastations helped the hurriphoonado pick up speed and ravage the other six remaining continents. A hurriphoonado is characterized by seven main characteristics; torrential rain, high winds, lightning, fist-sized hail, massive tidal waves, low barometric pressure, and six separate cyclone eyes. It was the first ever recorded hurriphoonado in the history of the world. It caused trillions of dollars of total damage, and billions of dollars of damage and property loss along the coast of China in the early part of June. According to meteorologists, it started from the coast of China and went inland creating and sparking a multitude of other natural disasters such as volcanoes, tornadoes, earthquakes, monsoons, and landslides. According to bohemian survivors the hurriphoonado continued to pick up strength and speed as it went across the Atlantic. It produced a number of tsunamis sucking up sharks from the Caribbean and dumped them in and near Nicaragua. The storm greatly affected North America including dumping 15 feet of snow in Tennessee, creating tons of wildfires in California, and flooded Florida. However, despite all of this, Americans state, along with people across the world, that they will not let this hinder the way they live their life as well as the quality of their life.
